This is a full-time, permanent work-based Apprenticeship in Customer Service. Apprentices train on-the-job towards nationally recognised qualifications.
Apprentices usually start training at Level 2, depending on their qualifications and ability. This is identified at an initial assessment.
Individuals are encouraged to take a proactive role in developing and improving all aspects of customer service,\both personally and for their team.

The Customer Service Apprenticeship will give your staff a thorough knowledge and understanding of all the essential aspects required to deliver excellent customer service.
The Advanced Apprenticeship develops customer service skills further and is designed for those in a supervisory or managerial position ready to make the next step.
Duration
Apprenticeship: 12 months
Advanced Apprenticeship: 12 - 18 months.
