Your employees' literacy and numeracy skills are crucial to their Apprenticeship and are embedded in all aspects of the course.
Skills for Life delivers a wide range of Literacy and Numeracy qualifications at both Level 1 and Level 2 and is a great way for your employees to make the most out of their Apprenticeships.
After an initial assessment to identify their academic levels and the level of support required, the assessor will appoint a Skills for Life specialist who will provide support throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship.
Progress will be monitored and reviewed in a ‘Learning Delivery Plan’ so you can see your employees' development and be involved in setting new targets for achievement.
